Trusts – Do I need a revocable trust? How does a living trust differ from a revocable trust? A revocable living trust is a written agreement that names someone to manage property for others. A revocable living trust is also called a revocable trust or living trust. There are no simple answers to the question whether a revocable living trust is appropriate for you.
