Discrimination – Discrimination does occur in the work place. Wills – What is a will? What if I die without a will? Estate planning ensures that your assets at your death will be distributed as you desire. Wills may be simple or more complex depending upon the amount of assets, estate taxes exposure, provisions for minor children, and the like. Trusts – Do I need a revocable trust? How does a living trust differ from a revocable trust? A revocable living trust is a written agreement that names someone to manage property for others. A revocable living trust is also called a revocable trust or living trust. There are no simple answers to the question whether a revocable living trust is appropriate for you. Attorney Hughes prepares estate planning tools such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and marital property agreements and would be happy to assist you in deciding which option is appropriate for you.
